This series of YH-40B standard concrete curing boxes adopts an intelligent temperature and humidity control system, which can accurately command functions such as heating, cooling, and humidification. Perform fully automatic switching to achieve dynamic balance of temperature and humidity inside the box, and can also install automatic timed printers and water level sensors. Thereby improving the accuracy and automation control level of temperature and humidity specified in standard curing conditions, reducing energy consumption, replacing existing low-grade standard curing boxes and non-standard curing rooms built by enterprises, and achieving standard environment for specimen state regulation and testing.

3、 Working principle of YH-40B standard concrete curing box

This instrument uses precision platinum resistance Pt100 as the temperature sensing element, which is transmitted by a multi-channel switch through a high-performance (A/D) converter. The temperature and humidity equivalent voltage signals are converted into corresponding digital signals, which are then processed by a single-chip microprocessor for display and control. When the temperature is below the set temperature control value *, the instrument outputs a heating control signal. When the temperature is above the set temperature control value *, the instrument outputs a cooling control signal. When the temperature enters the window area of the set control value (CER setting area), the instrument stops heating or cooling and enters a constant temperature state. When the humidity is below the set humidity control value *, the instrument outputs a humidification signal. When the humidity is above the set humidity control value *, humidification stops.

4、 Instructions for using YH-40B standard concrete curing box

1. The instrument should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and used indoors with an ambient temperature of 2-38 ℃, a relative humidity of no more than 85%, and no strong vibration or strong electromagnetic field around it.
2. After the instrument is placed steadily, check whether the door switch is flexible and whether the electrical, cooling and other components are damaged.
3. Add water to the water tank inside the box until it is below the bottom shelf and 2cm above the electric heating tube. Open the side door and fill the humidifier water tank with distilled water. Also, fill the plastic ball inside the temperature measuring dry and wet box with water and soak the gauze in the water.
4. Insert the power plug into a well grounded 220V socket, press the power switch, and the instrument will automatically enter the working state.
5. When leaving the factory, this instrument has been programmed with standard settings, with a temperature control value of 20.0 ℃± 1.0 ℃ and a humidity control value of 95% ± 1.5%. Without special requirements, the control program cannot be changed, otherwise temperature and humidity control may exceed the technical range. If you need to change the control value data, you can modify the program according to the temperature controller manual.

6、 YH-40B Standard Concrete Curing Box Testing Machine

Whether the refrigeration machine humidifier can work can be achieved by artificially heating the head of the dry temperature sensor to 10-15 ℃ above the set temperature, which can increase the temperature difference between dry and wet, and the refrigeration machine and humidifier will start working immediately.

7、 Precautions for YH-40B standard concrete curing box

1. If the voltage fluctuation of the power supply exceeds the specified range of use, a power stabilizer must be installed, otherwise it will damage the instrument and refrigeration unit.
2. The power grounding must be reliable, as poor grounding can pose a danger to your personal safety.
3. Regularly check the humidifier and water tank, do not cut off the water in the dry and wet box, and replace the gauze inside the box every month.
4. Non relevant personnel are not allowed to change the control program data without authorization, in order to avoid instrument loss of control and damage.

8、 General troubleshooting of YH-40B standard concrete curing box

1. The whole machine is not working: check if the power switch and fuse are damaged.
2. Not cooling: Check if the instrument displays the cooling status, check if the compressor overload protector and starter are damaged. If the compressor can operate normally but not cooling, it may be due to refrigerant leakage.
3. Humidifier not humidifying: Check if the small fan inside the humidifier is working, if the water level inside the humidifier base is too high, if the humidifier is placed too tilted, and if the atomizing transducer is clean.
4. Large temperature difference inside the box: Check if the fan is working. If the cooling indicator light is on but the fan is not working, the fan is damaged or the fuse is broken.
5. Occasionally affected by external electrical signals, the instrument display may lose control. Simply turn off the power switch or unplug the power plug, and then restart the device to resume normal operation.
