1. The box is composed of inner, middle, and outer layers. The inner liner is made of imported stainless steel welded together, and the outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate bent into shape. The middle layer is filled with EVA foam. The shelf is made of stainless steel profiles. Sturdy structure, beautiful appearance, good corrosion resistance, and rusting.
2. Temperature and humidity control adopts fully integrated circuit digital display. It has the advantages of high resolution, intuitiveness, convenient temperature adjustment, and high control accuracy.
3. The refrigeration system adopts a high-power compressor and a fully enclosed condenser to improve the refrigeration effect. A fan is used inside the box for cold and hot exchange, reducing temperature differences and making the temperature more stable.
4. The humidification adopts * ultrasonic humidifier, which has automatic constant control to humidify into mist, ensuring that the humidity inside the box is ≥ 92%, which is better than the widely used spray humidification method.
4Working principle of SHBY-40B cement standard curing box
When the humidity temperature inside the box is higher than the set humidity temperature, the temperature controller controls the cooling. When the temperature and humidity inside the box are lower than the set temperature and humidity, the humidity controller controls the humidification system to work. Repeatedly cycle to control the temperature and humidity within the set temperature and humidity range.
5、 Instructions for using SHBY-40B cement standard curing box
1. Place the instrument in a ventilated and dry environment, place it steadily, and check if the door switch is flexible.
2. Set the panel power switch to OFF.
3. Add water to the water tank below the bottom shelf, purify water to the upper limit of the humidifier, and add water to the temperature sensor bubble.
4. Insert the plug into a 220V socket with good grounding.
5. This instrument has been carefully debugged before leaving the factory. The temperature is set to 20 ± 1 ℃ and the humidity is set to 92% ± 1%. If you need to reset it, please follow the instructions of the temperature and humidity controller.
6. Do not operate improperly.
6、 Precautions
1. The instrument should be placed steadily and grounded reliably.
2. The water inside the box must not be cut off during work.
3. The instrument should not malfunction when operating at a set temperature of ± 1 ℃.
4. When the power fluctuation exceeds ± 10%, a voltage regulator should be used.
5. Under no circumstances should the instrument tilt more than 45 degrees.
7、 Troubleshooting
1. The power indicator light is not on, indicating that the power supply has not entered the instrument. After confirming that the external power supply is normal, check whether the switch and fuse are intact.
2. The low temperature heating indicator light inside the box is not on, and the instrument wiring should be checked for disconnection. If the indicator light is on and the compressor is not working, check if the compressor is damaged.
3. If there is a large temperature difference inside the box, check if the fan is working. If the cooling indicator light is on but the fan is not working, the fan is damaged.
4. The instrument display temperature has not reached the set temperature, and the humidifier is not working. It should be checked whether the wiring between the humidity controller and the humidifier is loose. Is the humidifier, power switch, and timer switch turned on.
Through the above inspection, except for the refrigeration system malfunction that needs to be sent to the maintenance department for repair, all other malfunctions can be repaired by oneself.
