The XZD-L vibration intensity monitoring instrument is equipped with an XT-1 vibration speed sensor to monitor the vibration intensity of rotating machinery. It can monitor the vertical and horizontal vibration of rotating machinery. The vibration intensity value is displayed by the meter head on the front panel of the instrument, and it also has standard current output. It can be connected to various DCS and PLC systems. XZD-L type vibration intensity monitoring instrument

Vibration intensity monitoring instrument, equipped with XT-1 vibration speed sensor, can monitor the vibration intensity of rotating machinery in both vertical and horizontal directions. The vibration intensity value is displayed by the meter head on the front panel of the instrument, and it also has standard current output. It can be matched with various DCS and PLC systems. When the vibration value exceeds *, the instrument can be equipped with an external sound and light alarm to prompt on-site operators to take preventive measures, and has alarm and dangerous switch output to protect the safe and reliable operation of the machine.

Main functions

Monitoring and protection of bearing vibration in rotating machinery such as steam turbines, water turbines, compressors, and blowers.

Function Description (Intelligent Type):

1. Display function

The vibration measurement value, I value alarm, and II value alarm set values can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube.

2. Alarm function

When the vibration intensity exceeds the alarm set value, the alarm indicator light will turn on, and at the same time, a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.

3. Alarm delay time setting function

The adjustment range for alarm delay time is 0-3 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference.

4. Self diagnostic function

Equipped with power on and power off detection functions, while disconnecting the alarm output circuit, it can effectively suppress false alarms of the instrument.

5. Output interface

Equipped with a current output interface, it can be connected to devices such as computers, DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders.
