XD-PNR200

The RS232 to PROFINET gateway model is XD-PNR200, which can connect RS232 interface instruments, frequency converters, comprehensive protection, soft starters and other devices to PROFINET network systems such as S71500, S71200, CP315-2PN/DP, and S7400. This gateway is a free protocol RS232 to PROFINET gateway and is a type of serial PROFINET gateway. The gateway is a PROFINET IO slave on the PROFINET side, and has a physical interface RS232 on the serial port side, supporting RS232 based free protocol communication.

The content of RS232 to PROFINET bridge free protocol message is implemented through programming of PLCs such as S71500, S71200, CPU315-2PNDP, and S7400 in the main station. Time based periodic transmission control does not require programming, and different periodic intervals can be selected for transmission in the main station configuration (such as Botu, STEP7); Event based sending requires programming control. Four transmission and reception modes can be flexibly controlled through programming (transmission and reception, transmission and reception, transmission and reception, and reception).
