XD-MDPN100/200

The XD-MDPN100/200 model is a MODBUS to PROFINET gateway developed by Xingda Yikong (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (Xingda Yikong), which realizes the function of MODBUS to PROFINET. It can connect MODBUS interface instruments, frequency converters, comprehensive protection, soft starters and other devices to PROFINET network systems such as S71500, S71200, CP315-2PN/DP, and S7400. It is a type of serial PROFINET gateway. The gateway is a PROFINET slave on the PROFINET side, and the physical interface on the serial port side supports RS-485 and MODBUS/RTU master or slave.

When the Xingda Yikong MODBUS to PROFINET gateway is used as the master station on the MODBUS side, it can be used to integrate one to many MODBUS/485 slave station devices, forming a MODBUS subnet connected to PROFINET to meet the technical requirements of PROFINET controller monitoring MODBUS devices. Just set the Modbus parameters in the configuration software, and this device comes with 3-channel 485 communication. Can communicate with 3 different Modbus devices.

The Xingda Yikong XD-MDPN100 serves as a ProfiNet slave on the ProfiNet side and can be used as a Modbus master or Modbus slave on the RS-485 side. It supports the standard ProfiNet I/O protocol with 16 slots supported by ProfiNet, with an input byte count of 1440 bytes and an output byte count of 1440 bytes. The length of the input and output bytes is determined by the module types supported by STEP7
