1、 Working principle of vertical flow purification workbench:

SW-YJThe series purification workbench is a vertical unidirectional laminar flow type local air purification equipment. Indoor air is initially filtered through a pre filter, then pressurized into a static pressure box by a small direct drive high-efficiency centrifugal fan, and then filtered through a secondary air high-efficiency filter. The clean airflow blown out from the air high-efficiency filter outlet has a uniform cross-sectional wind speed, which can remove the original air in the work area, carry away dust particles and microorganisms, and form a sterile and highly clean working environment.

This equipment is made of high-quality bending, assembly and welding, and the workbench is304High quality stainless steel material is formed by one-time bending. The air supply body is equipped with a new non-woven fabric pre filter, an air high-efficiency filter made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter material, a small low-noise variable speed centrifugal fan and other electrical components. The equipment has the characteristics of simple structure and beautiful appearance.

This equipment adopts a variable wind speed fan system and uses a touch sensitive switch to adjust the input voltage of the centrifugal fan, thereby changing its working condition. The average wind speed on the exhaust surface is always maintained within the ideal range, effectively extending the service life of the main component of the equipment - the high-efficiency filter and reducing the operating costs of the equipment.
