（1） Technical requirements for steel wood experimental platform products:

Boundary dimension error value: length, width, and height ≤ 3mm; table diagonal or frame diagonal ≤ 1000mm, allowable error value for adjacent edge perpendicularity ≤ 3mm; table diagonal or frame diagonal>1000mm, allowable error value for adjacent edge perpendicularity ≤ 4mm.

（2） Process requirements for steel wood experimental bench:

2.1The countertop is made of laboratory 12.7mm thick core physical and chemical board, with edges up to 25.4mm on all sides. It is corrosion-resistant, resistant to various strong acids, bases, and organic solvents, tough, impact resistant, high temperature resistant to 200 ℃, waterproof, anti bacterial growth, free of any toxic substances, and healthy, environmentally friendly, and anti-static.

2.2 Wooden parts: The veneer and edge sealing components should be tight and flat, without delamination, bubbling, indentation, pressure marks, surface scratches, pitting, cracks, chipping, and cutting edges. The rounded corners and edges of the surface should be uniform. The cabinet needs to be floor standing with added skirting edges.

2.3 The main frame of the steel components in the steel wood structure is welded with high-quality metal profiles of 40 * 60 * 2, and the surface is treated with acid pickling and phosphating, pure epoxy resin powder high-temperature curing, which is smooth and flat. There is no spray coating peeling, bubbling, depression, indentation, surface scratches, pitting, cracks, chipping and cutting edges, etc. The drilling position should be positioned by the mold with the lowest requirement. Cutting, drilling, and chamfering should be deburred.

2.4 The installation of various accessories should be tight, flat, upright, firm, and the joints should be free of cracks or looseness. Metal accessories should undergo rust removal and anti-corrosion treatment.

2.5 The gap between the door and the frame, door and door, door and drawer, with a spacing of 1-3mm; the upper line has moderate elasticity, and the length along the line has an error of ≤ 0.5mm compared to the board length; the size error of the wire hole is ≤ 0.5mm; the drawer droops ≤ 20mm after being pulled out, and swings ≤ 10mm; the table top chamfer is uniform *, with a chamfer radius of ≤ 2mm; it is required to be horizontal and stable.

2.6 Cleaning: The surface of the workpiece should be free of adhesive stains, especially the edge sealing area and the belt surface should be flat and clean.

2.7Hinges and handles: The hinges are made of Sakura brand anti-corrosion alloy material, meeting the standards of the hardware industry. The handle adopts Shanghai Yangli brand stainless steel brushed handle.

2.8Three section guide rail: Adopting Puxin brand, it can withstand a pressure of 30 kilograms, molded with molds, and can stretch and retract freely, allowing it to stay in all spaces at will.

2.9Adjustable feet: Specially made stainless steel adjustable feet, lined with waterproof nylon hexagonal loops, anti slip, shock-absorbing and corrosion-resistant, adjustable height of 30-50mm, capable of bearing more than 300 kilograms. And equipped with load-bearing nuts.
