With the development of China's chemical industry and the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements, small chemical enterprises and some food and electronics industries have also been included in the list of environmental protection requirements. The characteristics of these enterprises are that the amount of exhaust gas is not large and the concentration is low, but it cannot be treated without treatment. A conventional exhaust gas absorption device can range from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands or even millions. The investment is large, the land area is also large, and on-site installation and debugging are also required, which is very inconvenient.

Based on the above situation, our company has recently launched a complete set of micro exhaust gas absorption equipment. The equipment consists of a falling film absorber, a water spray packed absorption tower, a water spray vacuum pump, an acid tank, and a circulating pump (depending on the model) assembled into an integrated structure. The cooler is located inside the acid tank, and the structure is compact. It has been installed and debugged before leaving the factory. After receiving the goods, users only need to connect water and electricity (or simple assembly) to put them into use.

The configuration and absorption levels can be customized according to user requirements and local environmental requirements, and the levels can be freely selected from 1 to 5 levels. The specifications can range from a few cubic meters to several thousand cubic meters.

Processing Technology

When most manufacturers of the same type still rely on manual welding processing equipment, we use a combination of various welding processes such as German hot melt impact welding and squeeze welding to significantly improve welding strength while eliminating the impact of employee emotional fluctuations and empiricism on equipment quality. Stainless steel is welded by rolling plate impact welding and argon arc welding.
