1、 Introduction:
Solvent resistant water jet vacuum unitIt is a vacuum unit specially designed, developed and produced by our company based on the actual working conditions of customers (mainly solvents). Its main features are: the circulation pump is made of stainless steel material (304 or 316L), the nozzle is made of ceramic material, corrosion-resistant and solvent resistant, which better avoids the phenomenon of easy burning of the machine seal and pump casing, greatly saving later maintenance costs and downtime, and has received high praise from customers.
Solvent resistant water jet vacuum unitA new type of vacuum equipment that uses a water jet vacuum pump as the vacuum generating component and integrates components such as a circulating water tank, circulating pump (power source), valve, buffer tank, vacuum measurement, and vacuum control.
2、 Material Description of Main Components:
1. Water jet vacuum pump: main body material RPP (reinforced polypropylene) thickened, nozzle material: ceramic.
2. Circulating pump: stainless steel centrifugal pump, pump head material: 304 or 316L; fluoroplastic centrifugal pump, pump head material: PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride. Resistant to solvents and higher temperature resistance.
3. Water tank: The PPH body of the water tank is wrapped as a whole without welds, reinforced with fiberglass, and coated with UV resistant material, with a wall thickness of 12-15mm.
4. Buffer tank: PP integral thickened tube, head: PP integral injection molding, built-in reinforcement ribs.
3、 Equipment features:
1. The main vulnerable components (vacuum pump nozzle, centrifugal pump impeller, mechanical seal, pump casing) have been replaced with more solvent resistant and temperature resistant models. This way, these components will not be damaged due to the gasification effect caused by high concentration of circulating water medium. The maximum operating temperature of reinforced polypropylene is 80 degrees, while the operating temperature of stainless steel can reach over 150 degrees.
2. Stainless steel material is mainly targeted at solvents and high-temperature media with a small amount of particulate matter. But it is not acid resistant, especially hydrochloric acid.
3. PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride material is resistant to both acid, alkali, and salt as well as solvents, making it suitable for media mixed with acid, alkali, and salt solvents.
4. The PPH of the water tank cylinder is wrapped integrally without welds. It is reinforced by glass fiber and externally made with anti ultraviolet materials. The wall thickness is 12-15mm. It has the advantages of high strength, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, no bulge crack on the cylinder, and long service life. The fully enclosed manhole of the water tank is equipped with an environmentally friendly interface, and a cooling coil (5m2) can be installed inside. The material is 304 or 316L, and the polybutylene graphite cooling coil is more environmentally friendly.
