In early 2017, we collaborated with a company in Qingdao to develop a large and * infinite length polypropylene winding storage tank barrel production line. The diameter ranges from 800-3500mm. The winding tank bodies produced by other domestic manufacturers are the longest at 6 meters, while we have no length limit. Can you imagine how you would feel if you were to build a 7-meter exhaust gas absorption tower and spend a lot of money on it, claiming to be wrapped as a whole without welding seams, only to end up with another section afterwards? Now it's okay, don't worry, just choose us. Whether it's 7 meters or 10 meters, the true overall winding has no welds.
Especially for acid mist purification towers, there are really many that exceed 6 meters in length. Originally, it was all up to workers to coordinate. Those with good skills were a little crooked, while those with poor skills were directly used to make the Eiffel Tower. I don't know anymore.
Our product not only has the advantages of all winding equipment on the market, but also incorporates anti UV agents from the German Bath formula.
