The Yili brand series water jet vacuum unit is a vacuum equipment independently developed by our company. A new type of vacuum device that combines a water jet vacuum pump as a vacuum generating component, a power source, a circulating water tank, vacuum measurement, and vacuum control components. This model of unit can extract corrosive gases with a temperature of up to 150 ℃, and can be used in series with a steam jet pump. It has a higher vacuum degree and is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, food, brewing, metallurgy, and environmental protection. It is mainly used in processes such as vacuum absorption, vacuum filtration, vacuum concentration, vacuum drying, vacuum conveying, vacuum deoxygenation, and vacuum oxygenation.

The 'heat dissipation and defoaming bucket' can increase the stability and vacuum degree of the vacuum (by 2% -5%) without increasing any energy consumption, making it a product in the same industry.
1. The box adopts a rounded transition design, which increases the strength of the box, effectively extends the service life of the equipment main frame, and protects user investment.
2. The design of the defoaming and heat dissipation bucket avoids introducing non condensable gases into the water and allows for rapid and sufficient heat dissipation, ensuring the efficiency of the centrifugal pump and maintaining a stable vacuum degree under high water temperature conditions. Most of the condensable exhaust gases in the system dissolve in circulating water, which is more environmentally friendly than ordinary water ring pumps or mechanical pumps.
3. The box is automatically welded with a collision welding machine to prevent leakage, and the strength is 30% higher than manual welding.
Safety operating procedures
1、 The operator must be familiar with the structural performance, working principle, and operating procedures of the vacuum pump of this model.
2、 Before starting the pump, the following checks must be performed:
1. Whether the electrical switches and grounding wires are intact and reliable;
2. Whether the vacuum gauge is sensitive and reliable, and whether the liquid level absorbed by the collector and neutralization tank is normal and effective;
3. Whether the lubricating oil in each part is sufficient, and whether the anchor bolts and belt covers are firm;
4. Whether the inlet and outlet valves of the cooling water are open and whether the water volume is appropriate;
5. Is the valve opening or closing of the vacuum pipeline correct;
6. Manually rotate the wheel 2-3 times and check if the rotating components are functioning properly.
3、 During the operation of the vacuum pump, the operator should regularly check whether the current reading is normal and listen for the sound to see if it is normal. If any abnormalities are found, they should be checked and repaired immediately.
4、 The vacuum pump should undergo comprehensive maintenance at least once a year, and the vacuum gauge should be calibrated every six months. Lubricating oil should be kept in an appropriate amount, and the cooling water should be turned off after stopping the pump.
Product installation precautions
Before installation and use, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fasteners in each part are loose. If there is any looseness, it must be corrected and tightened.
Before starting up, the water tank must be filled with water, and the pump inlet valve must be opened. Dehydration, idling, and reverse rotation are strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the machine seal and pump.
Before shutting down, first empty or reduce the vacuum level to below 0.092Mpa, and then shut down to prevent excessive vacuum and damage to the check valve due to reverse suction. (If the check valve fails, please open the check valve cover and remove debris).
Soda water series jet pump, first turn on and then turn on the steam. When stopping, turn off the steam first and then stop to prevent damage to the water jet pump. When installing steam pipelines, ensure that there is no water accumulation inside the pipeline and keep it level, otherwise it will affect the vacuum degree.
The circulating water temperature in the pool is too high, which will affect the exhaust volume and vacuum degree, and needs to be replaced or replenished in a timely manner
