Overview

This experimental setup system is used to determine the drying curve and drying rate curve of wet materials under constant drying conditions (i.e., constant hot air temperature, humidity, and flow rate, and constant contact between materials and airflow), and obtain the critical moisture content X0 of the material from the experimental curve. Within the range of the weighing sensor, wet felt, pulp board, wet sand, or other porous materials can be selected as measurement samples, and drying curve experiments can be conducted under different air volume or hot air temperature conditions, which can further be used for teaching or scientific research on the influencing factors of tunnel drying.

Product Details

(1) Experimental purpose

  1. Understand the basic structure, process flow, and operating methods of tunnel type drying equipment;
  2. Learn experimental methods for determining the drying characteristics of materials under constant drying conditions, and experimentally study the influence of drying conditions on the drying process characteristics;
  3. Master the experimental analysis methods for obtaining the drying rate curve based on the experimental drying curve, as well as the constant speed stage drying rate, critical moisture content, and equilibrium moisture content.

(2) Device features

  1. The main chemical parameters are detected and displayed using industrial application level instruments, with multiple sets of heating tubes, thyristors, and paperless recorders as the main control means for hot air temperature;
  2. In addition to performing all operations directly in the control cabinet, the experiment can also be remotely transmitted to the computer for intelligent adjustment and display instrument+serial communication+upper monitoring computer mode;
  3. Adopting the widely used industrial control configuration software platform, it runs stably and has a friendly interface.

(3) Main configuration

  1. Object equipment composition: vortex fan, preheating box, airflow distributor, tunnel drying box, outlet butterfly valve group;
  2. Detection system: dry bulb thermometer, wet bulb thermometer, weighing sensor, heating tube, orifice flowmeter, thyristor, voltmeter and ammeter, paperless recorder, discrete spray coating control cabinet;
  3. Industrial control communication system: online industrial control configuration software, self importing data processing software, offline simulation learning software.
