Overview

Mass and heat transfer in a packed tower is a differential continuous process. Through this experimental process, students can observe the gas-liquid exchange phenomenon of materials passing through the packing layer, and learn how to operate, adjust, and study to determine the equilibrium state inside the tower.

(1) Device features

  1. The main chemical parameters are detected and displayed using industrial application level instruments, and the tower kettle temperature and feed flow rate can be controlled by instruments or upper computer;
  2. In addition to performing all operations directly in the control cabinet, the experiment can also be remotely transmitted to the computer for intelligent adjustment and display instrument+serial communication+upper monitoring computer mode;
  3. Adopting the widely used industrial control configuration software platform, it runs stably and has a friendly interface.
