Working Principle:
The phosphoric acid solution in the triethylamine tail gas treatment equipment fully absorbs the waste gas, removes the triethylamine waste gas, and the purified gas enters the upper part of the tower of the triethylamine tail gas treatment device with a dehydration layer composed of packing balls to remove water, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The entire system is controlled by PLC and has two operation modes: manual and automatic, which are interlocked with the core shooting machine. The triethylamine tail gas treatment tower controls the pH and density values of the circulating purified liquid through an online pH controller, achieving automatic acid addition, water addition, spraying, and automatic detection of pH value.
