Acid mist exhaust gas spray purification tower MaojingSuitable for the treatment of continuous and intermittent exhaust gas emissions, the acid mist exhaust gas spray purification tower has a low pressure drop. The acid mist exhaust gas spray purification tower consists of packing, spray device, defogging device, spray liquid circulation pump, and absorption tower.
(1) Packing material
The filling material is mainly used as a ventilation device, arranged at the lower part of the spray area of the acid mist exhaust gas spray purification tower. After passing through the tray, the flue gas is evenly distributed throughout the cross-section of the absorption tower. This air distribution device is necessary to improve absorption efficiency. In addition to evenly distributing the flue gas in the main spray area, the acid mist exhaust gas spray purification tower tray also allows the flue gas to fully contact the liquid film area of the absorption liquid or washing liquid on the tray. The tray structure is a porous plate with a partition cofferdam, which is divided into plates for easy access from the absorption tower manhole and horizontally placed on the tray support structure.
(2) Spray device

(3) Mist removal device

(4) Spray liquid circulation pump

Adopting single flow and single-stage horizontal centrifugal pumps, including pump casing, impeller, shaft, guide bearing, outlet elbow, bottom plate, inlet, sealing box, shaft seal, foundation frame, anchor bolts, mechanical seal, and all pipelines, valves, local instruments and motors.
