Main Features

Touch screen human-machine interface:TJ100-SE adopts a 7-inch full-color touch screen control, which is easy to operate and simple to use. Good human-machine interface design, intuitive data, real-time display of electrolyte temperature and current change curves.

Parameter storage and calling function:The polishing voltage, pump flow rate, photosensitive stop value, * temperature, and electrolyte name set for each operation can be named, stored, and called at any time.

*Voltage scanning function:A selected range of voltage variation scanning operation can be performed on metal samples to obtain the anodic polarization curve of the metal, and appropriate polishing voltage selection can be made on the polarization curve.

Stable performance and durability:Corrosion resistant gear pump for liquid transmission, advanced PLC control, segmented pump flow speed and photosensitive stop value, good sample repeatability. Separate the electrolytic cell from the control section to minimize the impact of corrosive media on the control section. The electrolytic cell is divided into an inner cell and a lower shell, with double-layer protection providing better insulation and cooling effects.

Independent cooling source cooling control:Adopting an independent low-temperature circulation cooling pump for cooling control, the temperature is directly set on the touch screen, and a second constant temperature field is established in the electrolytic cell for constant temperature control, greatly improving the repeatability of sample preparation.

Easy to replace corrosion-resistant sample holder:Specially designed sample holder with built-in platinum electrode and clamping device, with a rotating shaft clamp cover for clamping and fixing the sample, making it easy to load and take out pieces. The bottom segmented design avoids siphon effect. Independent and lightweight sample holder, easy to replace.
