Overview

The suspended solids analyzer can be directly connected through a digital communication interface. The suspended solids concentration meter provides simple, reliable, and cost-effective on-site sensor monitoring data. The sludge concentration analyzer also has remote status display, calibration, setting, and fault diagnosis functions. IP68 rated dust-proof and waterproof sturdy shell, 1500N high-strength Kevlar cable, sludge concentration meter with a transmission distance of up to 1.2 kilometers, and sludge concentration analyzer can be directly installed in water quality analyzers for applications such as reservoirs, rivers, tap water, and sewage.

Measurement principle (compliant with the Environmental Protection Agency's Notice on Automatic Monitoring Facilities NIEA W211.51C)
Using the built-in LED light source, emitting 880nm near-infrared light, the beam is scattered by suspended particles in the sample, and the signal intensity is measured by the detector to determine the suspended solid concentration of the sample. Due to the fact that LED emits 880nm near-infrared light, it is not affected by the color of the water sample.
