1、 Overview:

Aerosol generators are required in many practical tests, and it is necessary to continuously and stably generate concentration adjustable aerosol particles with a fixed particle size distribution.

Most spray aerosol generators have specially designed nozzles. Compressed air is blown into the liquid to be atomized through an annular gap

The shear force between them fully disperses the droplets in this so-called annular gap, forming small aerosol particles, while the inertial collider captures larger aerosol particles

And return to the liquid container, so that the output particle size is mainly distributed inBelow 2 μ m.
