1. Test channel free adjustment

The six channel furniture comprehensive mechanical testing machine adopts a manual lifting device, which can perform load tests at different angles on chairs of various heights. The test height is 10mm when the seat surface is lowered, and the height can be tested at 1000mm. During product assembly, technicians will adjust the height according to the actual situation. If you need to adjust the height by yourself, you can adjust it through the lifting controller.

2. High quality accessories

This machine uses domestic and foreign accessories. The seat back linkage adopts APS high-strength aluminum alloy profile frame, Taiwan, China Bangshuo motor, Taiwan, China gear reducer, Germany FESTO cylinder, sensor, gas pipe, solenoid valve, oil mist separator and other domestic and foreign accessories.

3. TST technology

TST has developed cylinder noise reduction technology after a long period of exploration to address the huge noise generated during cylinder operation. The birth of this technology has enabled TaiShiTe's production instruments to reduce noise by nearly 70% while ensuring accuracy.

4. TST modular design

The loading force value of the seat comprehensive testing machine is between 0N-2000N. Considering future market changes and standard updates, some manufacturers need to conduct non-standard testing. The TST seat back linkage realizes modular design. If the current loading force value cannot meet your testing needs, simply upgrade the cylinder module.

5. Power outage protection

This instrument is equipped with a power-off protection device, which starts at the moment of power failure, saves the current test data, and can view the last test data and continue testing when power is restored.

6. Abnormal protection

The instrument has cylinder stroke limit and sensor force protection function. Cylinder stroke limit - limit the stroke range of the cylinder in the test channel of the instrument backrest and seat surface; Sensor force value protection - limits the force range of the instrument, and once it exceeds the set force value, it will shut down for protection.

7. Strong support, easy to move

The instrument is supported by Fuma casters, which are easy to operate, flexible to move, easy to adjust, and have a large load capacity. It is aesthetically pleasing and equipped with an adjustable turntable inside. It also has functions such as support fixation, horizontal adjustment, movement, and shock absorption.
