3、 Maintenance and upkeep

1. All sliding and rotating parts should be regularly lubricated with oil.

2. The measuring surface of the measuring head and anvil should be protected from rust. After use, they should be wiped clean with clean gasoline, and rust proof grease should be applied when not in use.

3. Persist in periodic calibration to ensure that the instrument is in good technical condition. The verification period generally does not exceed one year, and the verification should be carried out by a certified verification institution.

4. To ensure the accuracy of measurement results, if the equivalent meter does not meet the requirements, it should be stopped from use. After repair and passing the metrological verification, it can be reused.
