The office chair back linkage durability tester is suitable for testing the durability (i.e. strength under repeated use and repeated loading conditions) of finished work chairs used in offices, conference rooms, and other places. It simulates the strength of the seat surface and backrest of furniture after multiple loads under normal daily use.

1. Working principle:

Fix the legs of the office chair onto the instrument base and apply a certain force value to the seat surface and backrest with a loading pad of a specified shape before unloading. After cycling for a certain number of times, check the condition of the sample to evaluate the durability of the table.

1. Test channel free adjustment

The seat surface testing mechanism adopts a manual lifting device, which can test chairs of various heights. When the seat surface is pressed down, the lowest test height is 200mm, and the height can be tested at 900mm. During product assembly, technicians will adjust the height according to the actual situation. If you need to adjust the height by yourself, you can adjust it through the lifting controller.

This machine uses domestic and foreign accessories. The seat back linkage adopts APS high-strength aluminum alloy profile frame, Taiwan, China Bangshuo motor, Taiwan, China gear reducer, Germany FESTO cylinder, sensor, gas pipe, solenoid valve, oil mist separator and other domestic and foreign accessories.
