(1) Random sampling method

This detection method is suitable for situations where cleaning objects are quite troublesome. Due to time constraints, we cannot detect each cleaning object one by one. At this time, we often need to randomly select individual cleaning objects for testing, and use their inspection results to determine the cleanliness level of all cleaning objects. It should be noted that a certain number of detections must be selected to accurately reflect the overall situation when using this method.
(2) Using heavily polluted areas as inspection standards for measurement
When we use this method for detection, if the heavily polluted area has reached the required cleanliness level, then the cleaning effect of other areas with less severe pollution can generally meet the cleanliness level requirements.
(3) Specialized testing for specific dirt
This detection method involves selecting dirt that has a significant impact for measurement. This method is suitable for degreasing and cleaning general mechanical components, and the important point of detection at this time is oily dirt, without the need for specific detection of other dirt. This detection method can also verify the cleanliness level of the cleaning object.
High pressure cleaning machines or high-temperature high-pressure cleaning machines, also known as hot and cold water high-pressure cleaning machines, may experience malfunctions such as no pressure, decreased pressure, unstable pressure, and noise during use. Some power failures may also occur. Here is a brief explanation:
1. Turn on the power, no power. Check the power switch for loose connections or damage.
2. When powered on, the motor does not work and there is a buzzing sound: in three-phase electricity, one or both of the circuits are not connected. That is to say, there is a lack of phase. Quickly cut off the power and check the contact of the three-phase electricity. It is recommended that the power cord of the high-pressure cleaning machine be directly connected to the air switch. Tighten and fix with a screwdriver, without using a plug, to avoid phase loss problems. Prolonged phase loss can cause excessive current and result in motor burnout.
3. Sudden shutdown of the high-pressure cleaning machine during operation. It is possible that the excessive current in the circuit may cause the overheat protection to cut off the power supply. Check if the voltage is normal and if the overheat protection is aging.
4. Power on, the power light is on, but the high-pressure cleaning machine is not responding. The contactor reset did not reset. Press the reset button. If the reset button is pressed and automatically trips, check if the contactor is functioning properly. Replace the contactor immediately if it is not functioning properly.
5. Turn off the gun without stopping it (for models with delayed shutdown function). Check the pressure switch under the pressure regulating valve to see if it works properly. Check if the circuit is functioning properly. Repair or replace the pressure switch.
