3. Do not touch the heating device or bake items with your hands in the heating area. When stopping the machine, raise the heating furnace;

4. When the product length is less than 800mm, the upper gate and upper mold actions must be synchronized. When adjusting the machine locally, the upper switch should be opened first, and then the upper mold should be opened;

5. When conducting local machine adjustments, such as using solenoid valves to power on for debugging, attention should be paid to whether power outages may cause harm;

6. When manually feeding the material into the knife switch and adjusting the slicing position, the knife switch should be closed, and hands should not be inserted into the knife switch cabinet in automatic mode.

Maintenance and upkeep of high-pressure cleaning machine:

1. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, and remove surrounding debris and internal dirt after shutting down the machine;

2. Each sliding guide post, bearing, and sprocket must be kept in good lubrication condition and regularly lubricated with oil;

3. The water filter in the air circuit should be drained once every work shift, and the oil mist filter should be refilled regularly to ensure the normal use of the solenoid valve and cylinder;

4. Each work shift should check the oil level of the vacuum pump (the oil level should not be lower than the oil level line); Vacuum pump oil should be replaced once a month;

5. Regularly observe the oil level of the oil mist device, adjust the oil level in a timely manner, and increase it when the new machine is in use (about 1 bottle of oil every 3 days). After using it for a week, it can be reduced to ensure that each pneumatic component has sufficient lubrication
