Self cleaning and anti blocking sampler
The PFD series anti blocking wind pressure sampler has been proven by power plants nationwide to be capable of measuring wind pressure and differential pressure in viscosity and powder (coal powder) systems, as well as in furnaces, for high viscosity, low fluidity, and highly corrosive air powder mixtures without blockage.
The inclined tube anti blocking sampler is a type of anti blocking sampler used to measure the gas pressure or differential pressure of wind and dust in differential pressure measurement. The headache problem is that the sampling device is blocked by dust separation, which makes the instrument unable to operate continuously and normally. This is very unfavorable for safety production. This device has been scientifically analyzed, carefully designed, and strictly controlled by the practical attitude of manufacturing quality. Through the experience of power plant use, it has been proven that it can achieve a permanent and non blocking effect when used in the measurement of gas pressure or differential pressure of powder and powder (coal powder) systems and furnaces. Of course, it can also be used in the measurement of gas pressure or differential pressure of cement, flour, metal powder, and other solid particles.
According to the principle of gas flow, when subjected to obstruction and impact, impurities with a specific gravity greater than that of air are trapped in the air, causing small particles to sink and purify the upward flowing air, thus avoiding blockages in pipelines. The purified gas obtained can be accurately measured by a wind pressure gauge, achieving the purpose of anti blocking wind pressure sampling.
No gas source is required, and there is no problem of complex system or large installation workload.

The anti blocking sampling device must be installed vertically on the process pipeline or equipment. When encountering difficulties, please extend the sampling tube. The extension tube should use a 11/2 gas pipe, and the angle between the extension tube and the horizontal plane should be greater than or equal to 60 °. The sampler itself still needs to be installed vertically. If conditions permit, use a 1/2 gas pipe to vertically extend the outlet pipe by 300mm, and then use a φ 14 × 2 seamless steel pipe to reach the instrument.
