Model Description

Before installation and use, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fasteners in each part are loose. If there is any looseness, it must be corrected and tightened.

Before starting up, the water tank must be filled with water, and the pump inlet valve must be opened. Dehydration, idling, and reverse rotation are strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the machine seal and pump.
Before shutting down, first empty or reduce the vacuum level to below 0.092Mpa, and then shut down to prevent excessive vacuum and damage to the check valve due to reverse suction. (If the check valve fails, please open the check valve cover and remove debris).
Soda water series jet pump, first turn on and then turn on the steam. When stopping, turn off the steam first and then stop to prevent damage to the water jet pump. When installing steam pipelines, ensure that there is no water accumulation inside the pipeline and keep it level, otherwise it will affect the vacuum degree.
The circulating water temperature in the pool is too high, which will affect the exhaust volume and vacuum degree, and needs to be replaced or replenished in a timely manner

1. The box body is made of integral right angled folded edges, and the welds are automatically welded with a collision welding machine. The number of welds is reduced from the initial 8 to 2-4, and the strength of the box body is higher, effectively extending the service life of the equipment main frame and protecting user investment.

2. The design of the heat dissipation and defoaming bucket avoids introducing non condensable gases into the water and allows for rapid and sufficient heat dissipation, ensuring the efficiency of the centrifugal pump and maintaining a stable vacuum degree under high water temperature conditions. Most of the condensable exhaust gases in the system dissolve in circulating water, which is more environmentally friendly than ordinary water ring pumps or mechanical pumps.

3. Add manhole water seal and environmental interface to the box, so that gas will not overflow and meet users' higher environmental requirements. Install a filter cover at the inlet of the water pump to prevent foreign objects from entering the pump body and damaging the equipment.

4. The bottom of the water tank is thickened for overall anti-corrosion. (Some manufacturers may recommend customers to choose iron bases, but the base material is very thin. After a period of use, the base will partially rot, causing equipment imbalance, increased vibration, and easy damage to the equipment.)
