The SPBZ-L vertical environmentally friendly vacuum pump is a vacuum equipment independently developed and designed by our factory. A new type of vacuum device that uses a water jet vacuum pump as the vacuum generating component, combined with a power source centrifugal pump, circulating water tank, vacuum measurement and control, gas cooling, solvent recovery, circulating water cooling device, etc. Compared to horizontal water jet vacuum units, it is more in line with environmental requirements and can facilitate unified recycling and treatment of wastewater and exhaust gas. Compared to the self-assembled water jet vacuum device with supporting equipment, this product has been improved and enhanced in many aspects while maintaining the original system characteristics. It can be widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, agricultural pharmaceuticals, textiles, food, smelting, and environmental protection. It is an ideal product to replace SZ water ring pumps and reciprocating pumps.

1. The whole machine is supplied and has been debugged before leaving the factory, saving the user's assembly work and making installation and use easier. After being in place, it can be used by injecting water and powering on.
2. Overall design, on the one hand, through scientific selection and standardized matching of various components, stabilizes the system's performance, and on the other hand, through reasonable layout, shortens the system's internal processes, improves work efficiency, and saves energy.
3. Specialized assembly and debugging are beneficial for ensuring assembly quality, stable performance, and avoiding leaks.
4. The overall configuration of the machine is tight, and the system structure is more compact, greatly reducing the occupied space; After draining the circulating water, it can adapt to the requirements of mobility and transition use.
5. The machine is a fully plastic structure (excluding motors and fasteners), with excellent anti-corrosion performance, high vacuum degree, stable vacuum degree, and large pumping volume.
6. The circulating water is cooled by graphite polypropylene coils and reused, which can ensure vacuum degree and reduce the loss of circulating water, and reduce the discharge of wastewater during operation.
7. The extracted gas * enters the graphite polypropylene coil condenser, which can recover solvents and reduce pollution to the circulating water, as well as lower the extraction steam load.
8. After the discharged exhaust gas passes through the demister, some of the liquid returns to the water tank, reducing the amount of circulating medium and other waste liquid entering the exhaust gas main pipe, and reducing the load on the exhaust gas treatment center.
9. Allow multiple units to be installed in series or parallel for increased pumping capacity and emergency backup.
10. Low noise, the vacuum pump is enclosed in a tube, and the noise is about 50% of that of a regular vacuum unit. The operating noise is within 40 decibels.
