It consists of an optical microscope, a digital CCD camera, and particle image processing and analysis software. The system captures images of particles under a microscope using a digital camera and transmits them to a computer. The particle image processing and analysis software processes and analyzes the images, which are intuitive, vivid, accurate, and have a wide testing range. It is possible to observe the particle morphology and obtain analysis results such as particle size distribution.
