Mainly used for drying, crystallization, concentration, separation, and solvent recovery in industries such as biopharmaceuticals, medicine, industrial and mining chemicals, and disease control testing.

3、 Operation steps:

1. Wipe and dry glass components, left main body, right sink box.

2. Insert the grinding port on the side of the condenser tube into the PTFE connecting tube on the left side of the machine head, tighten it, and rotate it to make it tight.

3. Unscrew the black nut on the right side of the machine head, place it on the bottleneck of the glass interface, and then put on a nylon clip. Then tighten the black locking nut on the machine head, ensuring it is flat and tight.

4. The inlet and outlet are connected and discharged through leather pipes.

5. Connect the vacuum tube to the vacuum pump.

6. After filling the heater with water, plug the power plug into the corresponding socket behind the host control box.

7. Press the power switch to turn it on (-), turn the speed control knob, and the host will rotate.

8. Press the up and down keys (▲/▼), and the machine head will automatically rise or fall.

9. After filling the sink with water, press the heating switch (-) to set the temperature and automatically control the heating.

10. Adjust the angle of the machine head, first loosen the plum blossom knob on the right side of the column, rotate the main machine head to the appropriate angle, and then tighten it.

11. After completing the trial operation, both the power and heating switches are turned off (O). Unplug the power plug.

4、 Attention:

1. To heat and extract valuable solutions using a rotary evaporator, a simulated process experiment should be conducted first. Once it is confirmed that the equipment meets the experimental requirements, it can be put into normal use.

2. Heater temperature automatic control, digital display. If precise water temperature is required, please use a mercury thermometer to measure it directly.

3. The fuse replacement should first cut off the power before opening the seat cover to replace the fuse.

4. During the operation of the heater, do not touch it with your hands to avoid burns.

5. Prohibited from use in environments with flammable, explosive, acidic, alkaline, and anesthetic gases.

6. Glass components: When there is severe dirt, dilute sulfuric acid can be used for cleaning.

7. Evaporator tube: Normally, it does not need to be disassembled and cleaned. If there is serious dirt, it can be disassembled and cleaned.

8. The boiling water inside the heater should be frequently replaced and cleaned. If the material leaks, the operation should be stopped immediately.

9. If the rotating bottle shakes abnormally or makes noise during rotation, stop the machine first and then check whether the glass interface of the rotating bottle is installed flat and in place.

10. Strictly prohibit dry burning without water!
