1. The Jinlan series integrated intelligent distiller adopts imported far-infrared ceramic heating furnace, with advantages such as cooling water circulation, high recovery rate, anti boiling, and intelligent endpoint control. It is an ideal instrument for distillation treatment in industries such as mining, pharmaceuticals, scientific research, environmental protection, and universities.

3、 Operating instructions:① According to the instruction manual, install the condenser tube fixing bracket, crossbeam, condenser tube, and distillation flask of the integrated intelligent distillation instrument accurately and correctly in various places.
② Add the distilled sample, required reagents, zeolite, water, etc. into the long arm distillation flask in sequence and mix well. Then place the distillation bottles on the heating furnace in sequence, with the long arm bottle mouth of the distillation bottle sealed and connected to the condenser bottle, and the top bottle mouth of the distillation bottle sealed and connected to the anti backflow device through a hollow bottle stopper and rubber hose. Place the volumetric flasks receiving the distillate on the tray in sequence (the distillate is located at the center of the flask mouth).
③ Connect the main and auxiliary power sources of the equipment.
④ Turn on the main switch and auxiliary switch, enter the "preset menu" interface, press the "select" button to select "1. Experiment selection", press the "confirm" button to enter the "experiment selection" interface, press the "confirm" button to select, and press the "return" button to return to the "preset menu" interface. For each experiment, there are default values for distillation endpoint control, including weight and time settings, which users can adjust according to their needs.
⑤ Connect the cooling circulating water source. The condenser tube begins to receive water, observe if there is any leakage at each interface, and if there is leakage, reseal the connection. After the circulating water in the condenser tube is filled, the normal liquid level in the water tank is between the yellow and red lines. The normal operation of the circulating water can be determined by checking whether the green water flow meter on the right side of the instrument is rotating.
⑥ Add distilled water to the distillation flask, which is sealed and connected to the anti backflow device through a hollow sealing plug and hose. The long arm mouth is sealed and connected to the condenser flask, and the distillate from the condenser flask is sealed and connected to the receiving flask through a hose.
⑦ According to the needs, select the experiment, overall power, and control mode. First, press confirm to enter the "weighing" interface, then turn on the heating furnace control button to start the distillation experiment.
⑧ The distilled liquid receiving bottle is located on the tray of each weighing unit. When the weight of the distilled liquid or the distillation time reaches the set value, the electric furnace automatically stops heating (corresponding heating indicator light is off), and the anti backflow device is turned on (corresponding green indicator light is on).
4、 Attention:① Before use, please carefully read the product manual to understand the basic structure and operating steps of the product.
② Carefully check whether the operating platform is flat and stable, and whether the power supply voltage is stable. If conditions permit, a power stabilizer can be configured.
③ When the weight of the distillate in the receiving bottle or the distillation time reaches the set value, the electric heating furnace automatically stops heating, and the corresponding anti backflow device is opened, and the distillation work ends at the distillation endpoint. Remove the volumetric flask and turn off the power of the integrated intelligent distillation apparatus.
④ If you first place the volumetric flask on the tray and then start the distillation experiment, the peeling process will be automatically completed during startup initialization; If the volumetric flask is placed on the tray after the experiment begins, the experimenter must manually remove the skin. ;
⑤ During the experiment, it is forbidden to place other debris near the tray to avoid affecting the accuracy of weighing.
⑥ When the temperature in summer exceeds 25 ℃, the cooling effect will decrease. It is recommended to install an external cooling device or connect tap water for cooling. When the room temperature is below 0 ℃ in winter, it is necessary to do a good job of keeping the instrument warm to prevent the condensation device from bursting and causing it to be unusable
⑦ When using the integrated intelligent distillation instrument for the first time, it is recommended to use pure water or distilled water to prevent the formation of scale after long-term use. The liquid level should be raised to the red marking line on the liquid level window, and it can be reused for more than six months. If the liquid level is below the yellow line and the cooling effect is poor, do not add water again beyond the red marked line.
⑧ For two consecutive distillation experiments, to ensure the condensation effect, do not turn off the switch for cold water circulation after the end of each experiment; If repeating the previous experiment, press the "Confirm" button directly in the "Preset Menu" to start the distillation experiment.
⑨ The connection between the distillation flask and the condenser flask is well sealed, and the top sealing plug of the distillation flask is effectively connected to the solenoid valve through a hose to prevent air leakage.
