6MPCA is an advanced melt flow index analyzer that extrudes molten polymer materials through a precisely controlled nozzle under pressure generated by a fixed weight at a set temperature. The operating program is simple. By entering test parameters through the keyboard, the instrument can accurately measure the test results such as MFR, MVR, and density values on the test temperature line. If the density of the material is unknown at the testing temperature, a simple density test can be performed for MFI testing.
