1Rapid chloride ion content analyzerOverview
Chloride ions are an important factor in inducing steel corrosion. In order to avoid premature corrosion of steel bars, the control of chloride ion content in concrete raw materials is quite strict. Some regulations in our country explicitly require that when selecting concrete raw materials such as sand, aggregates, cement, additives, and mixing water, chloride ion content testing must be conducted to fundamentally avoid excessive chloride ions being introduced into the concrete. The chloride ion rapid analyzer produced by our company is a laboratory electrochemical analysis instrument for measuring the concentration of chloride ions in fresh concrete. The chloride ion selective electrode is used as the indicator electrode, supplemented by appropriate reference electrodes, and inserted into the test solution together to form an electrochemical system for measurement.
