1. Usage and operation：

(1) Maintain good weighing habits during use. Weighing goods should be placed in the middle position of the electronic platform scale as much as possible to balance the force on the platform scale sensor. Avoid uneven force distribution on the weighing platform, which may cause fine tilting and affect the service life of the electronic platform scale, resulting in inaccurate weighing.

(2) Before each use, check whether the horizontal bubble is centered to confirm the balance of the platform scale and ensure weighing accuracy.

(3) When weighing, overloading should be avoided to ensure that the electronic platform scale is not damaged and the measurement is accurate.

(4) Keep the sensor clean and interference free to avoid inaccurate weighing and jumping.

(5) Keep all wiring secure to ensure normal use.

(6) When weighing, the scale body should avoid contact, collision, or vibration with other objects.

2. Operating environment:

(1) Avoid approaching heat sources and vibration sources during the use of electronic platform scales.

(2) Due to the potential threat of insect and rodent infestations in many usage scenarios, some parts of the electronic platform scale signal line are exposed, so it is necessary to strictly prevent insect and rodent damage.

3. Maintenance and upkeep:

(1) This product cannot be overloaded and should be weighed separately. Pay attention to the humidity and dust in the operating environment.

(2) When the weighing display controller cannot be used (such as for more than a month), it should be powered on and checked according to environmental conditions to avoid moisture or other adverse gas erosion that may affect reliability.

(3) Regularly open the scale cover and remove any debris underneath to ensure the stability of the electronic platform scale.

(4) If the weighing display of the electronic platform scale malfunctions, it should be quickly powered off. If the cause of the power outage cannot be accurately determined, our professional engineers should be notified for inspection and organization. Users cannot open the chassis at will, nor can they replace internal parts at will.
