The GC-7860 series networked gas chromatograph of the E • Prod scientific instrument series is a new type of digital fully controlled gas chromatograph launched by the company Xin. The instrument fully absorbs the technology of similar products from outside and adopts the technology and process of the industry to ensure the reliability and running time of the instrument. It not only extends normal operating time to a maximum extent and reduces maintenance frequency, but also has a simpler and more reasonable structure that is easy to learn and operate. The GC-7860 Plus gas chromatograph has two modes of gas path control: manual and electronic gas path EPC control. The electronic gas path control (EPC) system can provide industry users with industry-leading quality and reliable results. This instrument has special network remote transmission and control functions, making it a reality for unmanned, decentralized monitoring, and centralized control; The data analysis results can be integrated into DCS to complete the statistics, analysis, and monitoring of chromatographic component content, improving the automation of the process.

The GC-7860 series gas chromatograph is widely used in various analytical fields such as petrochemicals, fine chemicals, biomedicine, environmental protection, food hygiene, high-purity gases, electricity, brewing, scientific research, and education. All injection ports and detector gas paths of this gas chromatograph can be controlled by electronic gas path (EPC), providing better accuracy in retention time and peak area. Instrument users can set various parameters such as gas flow rate, external events, temperature, and detectors through anti control software, and save all parameters of the analysis method. The digital circuit ensures that the set values between different operators are maintained for each operation. Therefore, users can achieve better retention time reproducibility and more reliable results, achieving twice the result with half the effort. The GC-7860 series networked gas chromatograph can be equipped with a 6-position or 12 position liquid automatic sampler, and various parameters can be controlled using reverse control software, which will bring better repeatability and improve work efficiency, while eliminating errors caused by manual injection.
