Product Overview

The QHLB series submersible reflux pump from Shanghai Oriental Pump Industry is a new product developed based on the production technology of QJG and QJZ submersible mixers. This pump is a specialized equipment for secondary mixed liquid reflux and reverse digestion denitrification in sewage treatment plants. It is mainly used for liquid reflux and circulation between two tanks, and is particularly suitable for sewage media with high flow rate, low head, and low power. It is very convenient to install it between the two pool walls. And it can be used in places where micro lift and high flow are required in ground water supply and drainage engineering.

• The submersible reflux pump adopts a swept back propeller wheel, specially designed for low head and high flow working mode, with no blockage and anti entanglement. The material of the impeller blades is stainless steel, and the welding process used can achieve various blade placement angles to adapt to the transportation of various sewage media under different working conditions.

• Adopting dual mechanical seals and corresponding oil chamber structures to ensure the safety of the shaft seal. Key parts have protection functions such as leakage, phase loss, overheating, and overload to ensure the reliability of the entire machine operation.

• Integrated lifting design, using automatic coupling installation, easy to use and maintain.

• The medium temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃;

• The pH value of the medium is 5-9;

• Submersible depth of 10m.
