Product Overview

  • The DP series horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump is a single suction multi-stage self balancing pump, which is a substitute for the D-type horizontal multi-stage pump. This series of products has a wide range, good cavitation performance, smooth operation, few vulnerable parts, high reliability, and low maintenance costs for users. The model with S at the back is the first stage double suction structure, which has better cavitation performance.

  • The product complies with the GB/T5657 "Technical Conditions for Centrifugal Pumps (Class III)" standard, MT/T114-2005 "Multi stage Centrifugal Pumps for Coal Mines", and GB/T3216 "Hydraulic Performance Acceptance Test for Rotary Power Pumps - Levels 1, 2, and 3".


Product Usage

  • DP type: used for conveying clear water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature below 80% ℃.

  • DP-M type: used for transporting neutral mine water and other similar wastewater with solid particle content ≤ 1.5%, particle size ≤ 1.3mm, and temperature below 80 ℃.

  • DP-F type: used for conveying corrosive liquids that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature below 80 ℃. The material of the pump can be selected reasonably according to the different conveying media.

  • DP-Y type: used for conveying oil media that do not contain solid particles, have a temperature below 80 ℃, and a viscosity of less than 120 cSt.

  • DP-R type: used for conveying clean water without solid particles and with a temperature not exceeding 105 ℃.


Product Features

  • Reliable and safe structure: rotor components with symmetrical arrangement of impellers, the axial forces generated by the impellers cancel each other out, and self balancing of axial forces inside the pump can be achieved without the need for a balance disk structure. The residual axial forces are borne by diagonal contact ball bearings.

  • New technology: On the one hand, the new throttling and pressure reducing device reduces leakage and improves efficiency; In addition, it can also serve as an auxiliary support to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pump.

The inlet section, middle section, outlet section, and secondary inlet section of the pump are connected by tightening bolts, and the head can be increased or decreased by increasing or decreasing the number of pump stages.

  • The rotor is composed of first stage impeller, impeller, throttling sleeve, counter impeller, shaft sleeve and other parts mounted on the shaft; The bearing adopts a "fixed section, movable section" grease lubrication structure, with cylindrical roller bearings used at the driving end and a diagonal contact ball bearing used at the non driving end to residual bear axial force; A pair of diagonal contact ball bearings are installed face to face.

  • The sealing between the suction section, middle section, and outlet section of the pump is sealed with sealant. A sealing ring, guide vane sealing ring, etc. are installed between the rotor and the fixed part for sealing. When the sealing ring wears out and affects the pump performance, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

  • There are two types of shaft seals: packing and mechanical seal.

  • This series of pumps is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. From the perspective of the prime mover, the pump rotates clockwise.
