Product Overview
The fluorine lined magnetic pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction magnetic driven chemical centrifugal pump. It is a leak free, pollution-free, and corrosion-resistant chemical pump product developed by our company according to market demand. This series of products adopts modern magnetic drive technology, cleverly converting the dynamic seal of the mechanical transmission pump into a static seal, achieving full sealing and no leakage of the product, solving the problems of running, emitting, dripping, leaking, corrosion, oxidation and other issues in the transportation process of chemical media.
CQB-F type fluorine lined magnetic pump, this series of products has an external magnet directly connected to the motor shaft, using a direct connection type, with the advantages of simple structure, no need for centering, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and low vibration.

The product is widely used in industries such as chemical, acid and alkali production, rare earth, pesticide, dye, medicine, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, acid washing, etc. to transport corrosive liquids, especially suitable for flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, strong acid and alkali, organic solvents and precious liquids.

Product Features
Fluorine lined magnetic pumps have the characteristics of full sealing, no leakage, no pollution, and strong acid and alkali resistance.
Fluoroplastics are corrosion-resistant materials that can transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc. of any concentration (strength) without damage.
The small pump adopts a perfluorinated pump head, which has a simple structure, good corrosion resistance, light weight, and low cost.
The medium to large-sized pump body adopts a high-strength gray cast iron lined with fluoroplastic integral molding process. The pump cover, impeller and other flow passing components adopt a metal embedded outer lining fluoroplastic integral molding process. The plastic lining surface is closely adhered to the metal parts, and the inner flow channel is smooth, symmetrical and defect free.
Magnetic materials have good magnetism, high temperature resistance, and no demagnetization, with a theoretical lifespan of up to 20 years.
Magnetic drive eliminates the shaft seal of traditional centrifugal pumps, eliminating the need for flushing and cooling, simplifying the structure and reducing energy consumption; Isolation sleeves are used between the inner and outer magnets to achieve truly leak free transportation.
Except for the pump type with very low power, the isolation sleeve is reinforced with reinforced carbon fiber material, which enhances the strength of the fluoroplastic isolation sleeve while eliminating the magnetic eddy current phenomenon of ordinary magnetic pumps, avoiding the generation of excess heat and reducing energy consumption.
The static ring and shaft sleeve are made of alumina ceramic material, which has the characteristics of high strength, good wear resistance, and strong corrosion resistance, effectively ensuring the service life of the pump.
The specially designed cavity cooling circulation channel can continuously remove the heat generated during the operation of the water pump, ensuring the normal operation of the unit.
Design in accordance with JB/T7742-2013 "Magnetic Transmission Centrifugal Pump", HG/T3183-2012 "Technical Conditions for Fluorine Plastic Lined Single stage Single suction Chemical Centrifugal Pump", and JB/T8688-2013 "Plastic Centrifugal Pump" standards.
