On the basis of the traditional PPSQ series functions, the dual system software of the original PPSQ system and HPLC system is integrated into a programmable logic controller through newly developed sequence software, making it easy to select/input analysis conditions, reaction steps, and analysis results on one screen. In addition, when running amino acid sequencing, important chromatographic reprocessing can be performed through a newly developed programmable logic controller, which can process multiple chromatograms separately according to sample units, greatly improving data analysis capabilities. Moreover, if an HPLC analysis system is used, it can reduce noise levels and perform high-sensitivity detection of PTH amino acids.
