AXIMA Performance Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry Series
AXIMA ConfidenceTM, as a comprehensive scientific research grade MALDI-TOF instrument from Shimadzu, has high cost-effectiveness and is the preferred model for university and research unit users with limited funding. Comprehensive high-throughput proteomics research can be conducted, including peptide and protein molecular weight determination, protein identification, peptide sequence analysis, post-translational modification research, such as phosphorylation and glycosylation research. Seamless PSD technology is an important feature of this instrument. This technology can obtain peptide fragment information mass spectra that are significantly better than other similar MALDI-TOF mass spectrometers through the Shimadzu * curve reflection field reflector with enhanced MALDI laser capability, equivalent to secondary mass spectrometry data, for peptide sequence analysis and more accurate identification of peptides and proteins.
