Overview

The port terminal oil and gas recovery device - cyanide condensation equipment - VOCs, introduces volatile VOCs gas into the equipment cold box (the device is set to a condensation temperature of 3 ℃ -40 ℃ -75 ℃ -115 ℃). Other temperature zones can be customized to follow the demand for gradual condensation liquefaction. Part of the continuous production processes have implemented a dual path switching process in the low-temperature section, where one side experiences ice blockage and is directly transferred to another heat exchange cold box for condensation, while the ice blockage side undergoes defrosting treatment.

Based on the comparison of several commonly used oil and gas recovery methods, such as membrane separation oil and gas recovery, activated carbon adsorption method, heavy oil absorption recovery, and compressor refrigeration condensation method, analysis shows that membrane separation has high energy consumption and investment; Activated carbon adsorption, due to the large amount of latent heat of vaporization generated during the adsorption process, poses operational risks and requires complex post-treatment processes; Low absorption and recovery rate of heavy oil, complex refining process for recovering heavy oil, and condensation methodPort terminal oil and gas recovery deviceAdopting a cascade compression refrigeration process, the process is short, the operation control is simple and stable, the equipment used is minimal, and the investment is low. However, occasional frost blockage may occur.

The oil and gas generated during the crude oil loading process will be accompanied by a certain proportion of air. When the mixed oil and gas pass through the condensation system, the water vapor in the air will condense and aggregate on the inner wall of the oil and gas pipeline in a low-temperature environment, thereby affecting the passage of oil and gas, reducing heat transfer efficiency, and in severe cases, causing pipeline blockage and equipment pressure build-up damage.

Based on the formation mechanism of "frost blockage", it is necessary to eliminate the water vapor in the mixed oil and gas before entering the low-temperature condensation device to avoid equipment frosting. At present, there are three mainstream technologies for preventing "frost blockage".

(1) Add a heat exchange mechanism before the condensation system. Untreated oil and gas will undergo cold transfer and exchange with the liquefied oil and gas discharged from the condensation device in the heat exchange mechanism, causing its own temperature to decrease. Most of the water vapor in the oil and gas will be liquefied and separated, thereby delaying the frosting rate of the subsequent condensation system.

(2) Appropriately extend the processing time of mixed oil and gas in the pre cooling section to improve the removal efficiency of water vapor in this section.

(3) Set up dual air channels and add a heat pump defrosting system. When one path is severely frosted, it can be switched to another path, and the frosting pipeline will be defrosted. This dual channel mode can well meet the long-term uninterrupted operation needs of the loading system. When setting up a port terminal oil and gas recovery device in the highway loading unit, a dual channel mode was adopted and a defrosting system was added. Large channel serrated fins were used for easy defrosting, which shortened the defrosting time to the original part.
