1. Gas stations equipped with three oil and gas recovery systems must ensure that the equipment is in normal operation during the unloading process and must not cut off the power supply.

2. Ensure the airtightness of the oil storage tank is intact during the unloading process, and do not measure or sample from the measuring port of the tank during the unloading process.

3. Under normal use, keep the valve at the lower end of the mechanical breathing valve (PV valve) ventilation pipe open and the valve at the lower end of the flame arrester (cap) ventilation pipe closed; Keep the valve at the lower end of the oil and gas recovery vacuum pump in the refueling machine open, and the valve at the plug of the test liquid resistance in the closed state.

4. Precautions for refueling gun:

1) The fuel gun should avoid collisions, impacts, crushing, or excessive bending to prevent damage to the internal and external pipelines.

2) During the refueling process, the gas collecting cover of the refueling gun should be fixed at the fuel tank port, and the gun should not be frequently pulled out to check the oil level in the tank.

3) When the fuel tank nozzle is close to horizontal, lift the fuel gun as high as possible (i.e. lower the muzzle) to refuel normally. Otherwise, if the self sealing ball rolls back and blocks the response port, refueling will immediately jump the gun.

4) The refueling speed should not be too fast, as splashing oil may cause the fuel gun to jump and stop refueling before the tank is filled.

5) After the automatic stop of the fuel gun, it should be avoided to forcefully continue refueling the fuel tank to prevent gasoline from entering the sensing port of the fuel gun and causing frequent stops.

6) During measurement, all oil and gas recovery refueling gun operations should be stopped, and the metrologist should stand at the air inlet and slowly open the metering valve to avoid inhaling oil and gas.

7) Check the leather on the fuel gun at any time. If the leather is damaged, it should not be used again and should be replaced in a timely manner.

5. During the oil and gas storage and condensation process of the oil and gas processing system, please do not approach the host when powering on the system or resetting the host.
