Although the electron temperature of gas molecules is high during discharge, the temperature of heavy particles is low, and the entire system exhibits a low-temperature state, hence it is also known as low-temperature plasma.


2、 Working principle of plasma exhaust gas treatment equipment


The plasma exhaust gas treatment technology is mainly divided into four research directions, namely dielectric barrier discharge (dual dielectric, single dielectric), discharge (metal, fiber), plate discharge, and microwave discharge. In practical applications, a combination mode is often used.


Under the action of an external electric field, a large number of energy carrying electrons generated by dielectric discharge bombard pollutant molecules, causing them to ionize, dissociate, and excite. This then triggers a series of complex physical and chemical reactions, transforming complex large molecule pollutants into simple small molecule safe substances, or transforming toxic and harmful substances into non-toxic, harmless, or low toxicity substances, thereby enabling pollutants to be degraded and removed.


The average energy generated after plasma ionization is 10 eV, and appropriate control of reaction conditions can accelerate the reaction rate. As a technology in the field of exhaust gas treatment, plasma technology has received high attention from the academic community both domestically and internationally.

Deodorization process

(1) Pre filtration: effective filtration through an air filter to improve the cleanliness of exhaust gas and the effectiveness of ion oxygen purification of exhaust gas.
