2、 Working principle of photoionization composite waste gas treatment equipment


When the exhaust gas enters the photoionization composite equipment, it first passes through the plasma box, and the electrons first obtain energy from the electric field. Through excitation or ionization, the energy is transferred to molecules or atoms, and the molecules or atoms that obtain energy are excited. At the same time, some molecules are ionized, thus becoming active groups.


The collision between active groups and molecules or atoms, as well as between active groups, generates stable products and heat. Then, some of the organic waste gas is further decomposed, decomposed, and catalytically oxidized to decompose the pollutant gas into non-toxic, harmless, and odorless gases. By using high-energy C-band light to strongly crack the molecular chains of polluted gases, the molecular structure of substances is changed, and high molecular pollutants are cracked and oxidized into low molecular weight harmless substances such as water and carbon dioxide. Introducing strong catalytic oxidants containing ozone can effectively kill bacteria, destroy toxic and harmful substances, and transform them into low molecular weight harmless substances.
