1. During startup ventilation (press the power switch to adjust, and switch the ventilation to the outer mold, the ventilation to the inner mold, and adjust the mold to the center for operation).

2. Place the billet on the left side of the conveyor belt. The billet passes through the rounding mechanism and the photoelectric switch. The billet will stop under the cake mold, and the cake mold will immediately press down. After the billet is formed, it will be automatically blown out, and the conveyor belt will automatically run again. Make the following adjustments based on the molding effect:

A、 Unclear pattern

(1) Slow down the molding speed

(2) Increase molding pressure (0.2-0.4MPa)

B、 Su style mooncake molding machine with cake deformation and flying edges

(1) It is possible that the pressure of the external mold regulator is insufficient or excessive, and the pressure should be increased or decreased.

(2) The molding speed should be accelerated.

(3) The molding pressure is too high and should be reduced.

C、 The cake doesn't come out of the mold, it comes out late

Increase the blowing pressure (0.1-0.45MPa)

D、 The solution to the problem of the Su style mooncake molding machine not being able to blow out the cake during operation or scheduling is to (1) blow the cake manually. (2) If the cake cannot be blown out by manual blowing, the machine should be stopped first, the power should be cut off, the cake should be cleaned by hand, and the cake mold should be cleaned before turning on the machine for ventilation.

(3) If the cake often cannot be blown out, check if the billet is too sticky, and the corresponding method is to give powder to the billet.

(4) Check if there is any air leakage or if the air holes in the cake mold are too small or too few.
