Overview

The pH analyzer can be directly connected through a digital communication interface to provide simple, reliable, and cost-effective on-site sensor monitoring data. The pH analyzer also has remote status display, calibration, setting, and fault diagnosis functions. IP68 rated dust-proof and waterproof sturdy shell, 1500N high-strength Kevlar cable, with a transmission distance of up to 1.2 kilometers or more. The pH meter can be directly installed as a hydrogen ion concentration meter for water quality analysis in applications such as reservoirs, rivers, tap water, and sewage.

Measurement principle (compliant with the Environmental Protection Agency's Notice on Automatic Monitoring Facilities Act NIEA W425.51C)
Hydrogen ions are induced to gather on the glass film, increasing the potential of the glass electrode as a measure of acidity or alkalinity, and then processed and temperature compensated through signal processing. In harsh environmental conditions, differential measurement technology is used to measure the difference relative to the third electrode using two measuring electrodes, reducing contamination of the reference electrode connection, improving accuracy, and extending sensor life.
