OxySense 325i Oxygen and Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer
This basic oxygen analyzer, when used in conjunction with a computer interface, is capable of performing most of the functions of the 5250i, including non-invasive headspace analysis of packaging, bottles, and blister packaging using O2xyDot sensors; Packaging materials and design evaluation; Closed design and evaluation; MAP production start-up monitoring; Research and development; Quality control and assurance, as well as product oxidation research.
OxySense 325i is particularly suitable for small laboratories and companies considering providing oxygen testing requirements internally for the first time and seeking low-cost solutions. The new EasAlign pen with an integrated capture switch allows for simple one click oxygen measurement. Multiple measurement results can be provided in chronological order on the same suite, providing accurate analysis through real-time real-world measurements. Due to the measurement process used, the risk of sample contamination or leakage is eliminated.

The barrier property of a material refers to the ability of the material to penetrate from one side to the other for a specific permeable object. Common permeation objects include common gases, water vapor, liquids, organic compounds, etc. The permeation process of the same material varies for different permeation objects. Generally, the barrier properties of materials are divided into three categories based on the properties of the permeation objects: barrier properties against inorganic gases (such as oxygen permeability, nitrogen permeability, carbon dioxide permeability), barrier properties against water vapor (moisture permeability), and barrier properties against organic compounds.
