Test method for construction degree of waterproof asphalt sealant for building:
Fill the metal jar with grease (see Figure 1), fill it up, compact and scrape it flat Then immerse in water (25 ± 1/℃) for 45 minutes, use a needle penetration tester (cone and rod total mass 156g) equipped with a metal falling cone (see Figure 2), and measure the sinking amount (mm) at 5 seconds. For each measurement, use cotton yarn soaked in gasoline or kerosene and a dry soft cloth to wipe the falling cone clean. Three points were measured, and each point was evenly distributed at a distance of about 20mm from the edge of the metal can. The arithmetic mean of three data points is taken as the experimental result. If any of the three data points differ from the average by more than 2mm, retesting is allowed. If there is still a difference of more than 2mm from the average value, a new sample should be prepared for testing.
