In order to conduct practical analysis and comparative experiments, oil mist must be generated from the oil mist raw material, which is consistent with the actual conditions. The raw materials for oil mist include: water, DEHS， Engine oil, paraffin oil, etc. Different raw materials have significant differences in viscosity, surface tension, and density.
Within the PLG system, the independent nozzle system is independently developed and designed by Palas. Based on application requirements, heated nozzles can be selected for certain specific particle size ranges and concentrations. Based on the parameters of the reference raw materials, PLG aerosol generators can be used for cleanrooms, HEPA/ULPA, and leak testing.
