Condensed monodisperse aerosol generator

The cohesive monodisperse aerosol generator consists of three parts: crystal nucleus source, evaporator, and condenser First, a crystal nucleus source is generated through a general spray generator. When the crystal nucleus passes through an evaporator with aerosol substances (such as DEHS, paraffin oil), it is filled with gaseous aerosol substances around, and then enters the condenser. In this process, the gaseous aerosol substances condense and grow on the surface of the crystal nucleus. Finally, a certain concentration of monodisperse aerosol particles is output by controlling the condensation temperature and flow rate. The particle concentration is related to the concentration of the crystal nucleus.
