2、 Ionization treatment of granulation waste gas


(① Equipment Introduction)


The oil fume granulation exhaust gas treatment equipment is a process technology that uses ionization to treat flue gas. Compared with traditional washing equipment, ionization has higher treatment efficiency and can treat a wider range of flue gas types. High voltage ionization can purify various organic and particulate matter in exhaust gas at once.


② Equipment principle


After the exhaust gas of oil fume particles is sucked into the high and low pressure plate type end of pipe exhaust gas treatment equipment, some of the larger ones, such as fog droplets and oil pollution particles, are trapped on the flow plate due to mechanical collision and obstruction. When the airflow enters the high-voltage electrostatic field, under the action of the high-voltage electric field, the oil fume gas ionizes, and most of it is degraded and carbonized; A small number of tiny oil particles are collected on the positive and negative electrode plates of the electric field under the force of the adsorption electric field and the action of the airflow, and flow to the oil collection tray under their own gravity. They are discharged through the oil discharge channel, and the remaining micron sized foggy plate electric field is degraded into carbon dioxide and water, and finally discharged into clean air; At the same time, under the action of the high-voltage generator, ozone is generated in the air inside the electric field, removing some of the odors in the flue gas. Thus achieving visual smoke-free.


3、 Low-temperature plasma methodProcessing granulation waste gas


(① Method Introduction)


The low-temperature plasma method uses low-temperature plasma equipment to treat flue gas. The low-temperature plasma equipment can adsorb the oil fume particles in the flue gas onto the inner wall of the dust collection bucket, and at the same time, convert gaseous organic matter into plasma state, thus purifying the flue gas. Low temperature plasma equipment can treat a wide range of exhaust gases, and basically any exhaust gas containing organic matter can be treated with this equipment.


② Process principle of low-temperature plasma exhaust gas treatment equipment


① During the operation of plasma exhaust gas equipment, a strong high-voltage electric field is generated in the exhaust gas channel, with a strength of up to 16000 volts. In such a high-voltage environment, organic exhaust gas is cracked to produce plasma free substances, which then recombine to form relatively stable water and CO2;


② At the same time as an electric field is formed between channels, there will be a strong electrostatic field on both sides of the channel. Small particles in the exhaust gas passing through the channel will be forcibly charged and adsorbed on the inner wall of the channel under the action of static electricity;


③ Ozone will be generated during the emission process, and ozone has a strong oxidizing effect on organic matter, which can oxidize the organic matter in the exhaust gas. Overall, exhaust gas can be removed.
