The Jinlan series portable oil-free vacuum pump is one of the important extraction equipment for sample concentration, improving filtration efficiency, and enhancing degassing efficiency. To ensure that the filter medium is not contaminated, oil-free diaphragm vacuum pumps are generally used. This type of pump forms a vacuum zone through the reciprocating motion of rubber diaphragms, resulting in a vacuum pressure of about 0.08 MPa (single-stage). The key to improving the filtration speed is the exhaust volume per unit time and the flow rate index of the vacuum pump. This is particularly prominent when the filtration volume is large and the viscosity of the medium is high, and particles clog the filter membrane. 1. Vacuum pumps are used in environments with moderate humidity (generally less than 80%) and temperatures below 50 ℃
2. Vacuum pumps should not be used in flammable and explosive environments
